RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Because Lovey pieces are handmade and made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. We’re happy to offer size exchanges only, when eligible.
The following items cannot be returned:
- All pieces on our site are non-refundable, but are able to be exchanged if they meet our quality requirements
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE?
Because all Lovey pieces are handmade and made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. We are happy to offer size exchanges only, as long as the item meets the conditions below:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Original packaging must be included
- All tags and the gusset protection sticker must be fully intact
*We reserve the right to decline any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
HOW DO I SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE?
To request a size exchange, please email us at loveybikinis@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange
- The new size you are requesting
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email.
Please note:
If you opt into an exchange, you will receive an invoice for shipping fees, which covers both the return shipment back to us and the shipment of your exchanged item. Shipping fees must be paid before the exchange is processed.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED
If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number

Clear photos of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for a repair, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation.
HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEM BACK?
Once your exchange request is approved and shipping fees are paid, we will provide you with instructions for sending your item back to us. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your exchange can be processed smoothly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund
- Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for exchange
- Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed
Production begins shortly after checkout, with materials and labor allocated specifically for each order. We kindly ask that all product descriptions be reviewed carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we’re always happy to help.
